We use frying pans a lot in our house... grilled cheese, pancakes, omelets, meat. Pretty much every day we are using it for something! I certainly have pans in my cabinet that I prefer over others, typically due to their nonstick qualities or how evenly my food cooks on them. I was excited to put The Green Earth Pan by Ozeri to the test!

The Green Earth Pan by Ozeri uses GREBLON, an ultra-safe ceramic coating from Germany. It's one of the world's first frying pans to achieve non-stick perfection without any potentially harmful chemicals or coatings. With The Green Earth Pan's GREBLON ceramic, even under high temperatures, no harmful toxic fumes are ever released into the environment.

The Green Earth Pan by Ozeri is far more durable and scratch-resistant than other non-stick surfaces allowing you to use as little as half the amount of oil when cooking. You only need 1/4 teaspoon oil to coat the surface of the 8 inch pan!

The Green Earth Pan by Ozeri is made of the highest quality die-cast aluminum that allows for even cooking and fantastic browning without hot spots. It has a magnetized bottom for rapid heat transfer on induction stoves, and a heat resistant silicone coated handle. My favorite part of this pan is the textured ceramic cooking surface. The elevations of the texture cooking surface create air pockets which distribute heat underneath food to enhance cooking performance.

I have used The Green Earth Pan by Ozeri several times since I received it and I have had pleasing results every time! It truly does cook evenly, and I'm finding the number of time that I accidentally burn food to be drastically decreased. Because nothing is sticking to the pan, clean up is super easy with some soapy water.
