Ingredients:
- 8 apples (we used Empire since they are my favorite for everything lately)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
- Melt butter in heavy skillet over medium-low heat.
- Add apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Saute for 15-20 minutes, or until apples are tender.
